My Simple Version Of Kinilaw

Picture above is my simple version of Kinilaw. The reason it is a simple version, it's because the ingredients are just the following: fish, green Roma tomatoes, green hot pepper, freshly squeezed lime juice, vinegar and salt. The tomatoes and green hot pepper that I put in it came freshly picked from our garden! I am not saying this because I am the one who made but it is really good! I almost ate all of it. I was trying to save some for my supper tonight and almost couldn't stop myself from eating all of it! I'm definitely making this again!

  1. For the cook who made the dish and practically ate it all means that it was incredibly delicious!

Kinilaw is popular here in Panglao Island.
