Taho for Breakfast!


This really brings back memories when I was growing up in my native land Philippines. For those of you that don't know what Taho is, it is a combination of soft bean curd or Tofu, tapioca pearls and some syrup. We eat it in the Philippines for breakfast or snacks. I always eat mine for breakfast. The Taho vendor usually comes in the morning and shout out "Tahooooo!!!", and that's when I knew it's time to get up. LOL. I am just so glad that this is one of the things that I could easily make here in the US, thanks to my husband for figuring out the recipe about 3 years ago! He too loves it!
